Help to remake my lj and cj rceord :(?

Hello, as the topic, i want to remake my lj and cj rec, but i cant get more than this, i dont know what the problem really is, here is two screenshots tooken by FRAPS, hehe i have fraps always open just in ase to screen my records, and to proof my friends.
What shuld i do to jump like B!fF3N, Benne or Simen ???

u can remake your records by doing "better" prestrafe and u will be the "unbelievable" jumper on the earth

nej då, jag hade Sv_airaccelrate 100, i had aa 100 :D, i wanna learn jump far with aa100 first then 10 aa:D

nee bara sv_airaccelrate 100, hurså min prestrafe ligger runt 270-275 units hela tiden jag kan alldrig fatta varför jag inte kommer så långt :(

nope just aa100, my preseafe is about 270-275 unist each jump, but i cant understans why i dont jump so far,

dont learn to jump with 100aa......

learn with 10aa first and dont learn with anything else

100aa is cheating

and whoever the fuck started doing 100aa servers is an idiot

okej im not at good at what prestrafe is becouse no one has told me before, im from SWE btw

Some one who could explain allt the terms Prestrafe and sync is, please

better pretrafe and i will be the most unbeliveble, haha no joking bene is the maan.

Prestrafe is that movement you make before you strafe (W-D and walk in a "curve" or W-D).
Sync is how well timed your strafes are, if you panic and just press A-D random -
Shitty sync. If you make fast but good timing in your strafes - Good sync.

And yes, 100aa is cheating. Just quit 100aa Longjump/hns, everything 100aa - Just stop it.

Start over and begin with kz/bhop server and get your 10aa strafes together. Then practice longjumping with 10aa, and you'll see what a difference it is.

is 12 synsc better than for example 54 sync???

aha is it, because i play hns almost all of the time hehe :P and ihve been used too aa100 ooohh i wont forget to tell u that im a surfer of eft :P, but i have my own surfclan with 20 members "nitr0.SurfClan |" :P:P

Omg give that dude a warning, christ sakes. 2x tripplepost, GG. also, i think you made some blocks infront of the hp thingy in lj's2 which gives you a speedboost if you prestrafe in it, that's how i made a 259 lj with 4 strafes atleast on a random 100 aa pubserv..
