L4D?

So are there some others which played the demo or even preordered the game?
And if yes how do you like the game?

I played the demo 1hour ago with fischauge.
We scared sometimes when we try to speak over our plan and horde of zombie came to slaughter us :D
So the AI director is really nice and make it difficult to speak over a plan or try to keep a afk user save.
We will see how it works with 4players later. But - point is that the 2levels are very short.

The game seems pretty good but I don't really like that the zombies are lightning fast. The game isn't this way scary at all, I'd like more zombies but way slower. Oh and more gore.
preorded, played the demo levels about 4 times and just love this game.
fortunately i have a uncut version (hate germany for cutting so many things in other games -.-).
i like those fast zombies cuz imo slow zombies would not be a huge challenge.
imo the best thing in l4d is the atmospehre (maybe cuz the game is very similar to zombie movies). i was very impressed in the 2nd level where you have to walk through the tube. the first time i was infornt of that tube one of those gloomers managed to hit me and suddenly when the gloomereffect began to fadeout so i could see at least a few things i saw those huge group of ombies starring at me xD i was just like wtf and tried to survive :D

and the co-operative online mode is A LOT OF FUN!! and I mean A LOT! really!

Of course you have to compensate for the difficulty in some way if you make the zombies slower. This way the game seems more like a splatter, i want more horror.
I think i can't dl it, my shitty computer will be very laggy, but some of my friends said that it's awesome game :>

if I recall source right this game isn't much more cpu and graphics demanding than source (also not to slow RAM, > 512MB.)

depends on what graphics u want to see. if u want to play with all maxed out, u'll need a really strong pc to handle it, imo. it's like episode 2, but a bit better.
