top15 Climb v2.0a3 - saving only by STEAM-ID

Hi all.
Sorry for my bad english.

I have a trouble with save in top15 (/score, /pro15) in plugin Climb v2.0a3 Ian (Juan) Cammarata.
MySQL 4.1 work, save is work, but saving occurs on STEAM-ID (Succes accepted ... VALVE_ID_LAN).
When I write in amxx.cfg climb_db_host <10.101.xxx.xxx>, plugin doesn't see the DB.
With climb_db_host <127.0.0.1> it works with no warning.

This plugin work NO WARNING only on CS-STEAM ?
Could someone re-make plugin and made saving by name or IP for no-steam servers?
