LAN server = no hud or weapons!

When I start CS and just type "map de_dust" then I don't get a hud or a weapon and no crosshair. I always had this problem and I don't know how to fix this.
I just reinstalled steam and downloaded CS again, but that didn't solve this problem. I don't know how to fix this, maybe someone can help me.

It's ok,, it's something normal ... at least for me .


Before you can type MAP DE_DUST in your console .. you have to create a lan server or something, then you can disconnect, or do whatever you want .. and THEN you can type MAP DE_DUST and you will have the huds .

Weird, it seems to work, but I tried that many times before reinstalling steam. I'm now gonna move back a lot of files from my backupped CS folder, hopefully it doesn't bring this problem back!

Have you tried hud_draw 0/1 ?

Yes I tried that, but it didn't work.

I reinstalled amxx and metamod, and moved my configs back, and the problem is still gone! :)

But I still don't know what caused the problem, but that doesn't really matters much!
