Its not possible because the height from ladder to the landing place is something around 154units and the maximum possible boost you can get from a ladder is 123 and thats only when the landing place is in 1 line to the ladder.

tj4 is poss only when you jumpoff from the ground and duckbhop on the table but then its uberez

i haven't measured the height in tj5,so I don't know ..:)

I have measured it and I already toldya it was around 154 +/- 1 cant really remember
