how to remove this http://img254.imageshack.us/my.php?image=utennavndu5.jpg ?
What rendering settings should i use, and what codec?

rendering setting and codec is not the most important, your problem reside in the fps.

if you are using the startmovie cvard, try with more fps,
more fps = minimal space between "blended" images (in your pict, they are 5 blending images)

if you are using fraps or others program. put it in trashcan, and use startmovie

edit: xvid compression is easy and cute (diferent than the "divx" one, its diferent)

When i record movies I use fraps, 999999 fps and png pictures. It's your grapich card who makes the sense.. and how much fps ofc.

99999 fps? i LOL`D :|
how long do you wait to capture a clip? 1 day?
stop bullshiting...
i used startmovie @ 1000 fps in this clip, and final render @ 50 fps http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=EjblIKN9zD0&fmt=22

set ur graphic card to da max, and use more fps when u capture the clips... :S
