my strafes are fucked? :S
After 2 days of mapping i went back to CS and played a little kreedz. I was surprised over how bad my strafs and bhop timing bcomed after just 2 small days of break. They were like 30 sync no matter what i did, my bhop timing was pure fuck, cj was completely impossible and standup bhop sucked aswell.
This is almost a week ago, ive practised alot of climb and bhop since, but my strafes wont come back no matter what i do. And my prestrafe is also weird now, i do exactly as i did before but it wont come over 255 :S what the hell is wrong.

i have not changed sens or anything in config, fps is normal 100.
plz help or come with some help to how i get strafes back again, no matter how much bhop or anything i play i cant get it back :( and yes i sound like a completely noob in this thread, but i need help, i dont know whats wrong :(
Whats wrong is that u do it wrong, and u know they key for doing it right, believe me, we cant possibly know whats wrong.

You try to do the exact same prestrafe as you did before. Don't.
Cus that prestrafe is not in your fingers anymore, start all over again and start with a simple noob-prestrafe and you will regain your skills faster.
And don't bhop with alot of crazy strafes as you do when you are peaking - just play it simple.
Atleast that works for me when I have been on break. It usually takes me like 2 days and I'm almost better than I was before - cus of pure motivation.
I had problem starting strafe in lj too soon b4 the prestrafe "turn".
Happend to me. Took me ALOT of time to get it back. nearly 2 weeks. try jumping with Otherside strafing. Changing prestrafe i mean

Yeah that usually works for me.
Just do 1 strafe then 2, just sync it up, thats working. Its work for me, if my sync suck, i just sync they up by 1 strafe to 9 strafe. 1min then i get my sync back 90+

Usually i jump better than i jumped before breaks(weird huh)

hvnt played for 5 months and synced dropped to 10 - 30 xD!!
after 2 weeks of really moderate (little) training i improved like hell
get a ljstats / strafecounter plugin and try to get your best shoots
the same happend me after summe , i just stardet from begining with 3 strafes (get 85-90 sync), then 4, 5, 6, 7 etc etc strafes

Well it's not the end of the world if you get caught cheating. When I got banned for 2 months, I kept being active despite people hating me...
