You can do it w/ or w/o +jump, depnding on you. Easier way to do is just bind mwheeldown +duck, and use only duck.

get a mouse with 2 scrolls
bind 1st scroll "+duck"
bind 2nd "+jump"
when u get near to the ground scroll them both and if u have some luck, u'll make a jumpbug
