Error: Reliable channel overflow

hello guys, i want to jump in xtreme-jumps server, but i cant :/
i can be on the server for a like 30 sec.... and then i will fall out, this is the Message i get

> Reliable channel overflowe <

what can i do, can somebody tell me that

BTW : i´m from iceland does that affect something? :/ ( i have playe´d on the server for a while btw, this is not my first time )

sometimes i have the same error, but most when i connect again it works....

but sometimes i have this errors more times then i restart steam and it works by me

delete clientregistry.blob in your >>>>STEAM<<<< folder
not cstrike
and start steam then it could work

I experienced similar problems on one day. On the next day everything was fine. Don't know why.

Its a problem that is created by the bhop maps when there are too much restarts (after cups or at manual sv_restart 1), so all bhop stones sink and get up again and again.

So its possible that the game crashes with this message if you restart too fast ;)

LOL, i have this problem all the time, when the loss and choke go up it happends very often, i think its problably because my internet connection sucks. And theres no way to solve this problem, at least u stop jumping on these servers. Ps: im from brazil.
