I tryed won time with slowmo , by CE , but it was so laggly, maybe there i another way , but i cant do that :D

demos which are made in cs 1.6 are uncheckable atm, but they will be checkable in few months. But your question is weird, you ask how to use slowmo and then ask is it detectable -.-
i found this on "bernards watch" forums:
1) Find bernard
2) Ask him for his watch
3) Stop time, so you have unlimited time for task 4
4) Re-tune the watch so you can go back in time, forward in time, speed up time, and most importantly: slow down time
5) Slow down time, record your demo, then make your jump
6) Now submit your demo and make time go normal speed again
