Simen New Year Movie ! [ENGLISH VERSION ADDED
Hi there!
As many of you must know, chinese's new year isn't the same as us, this year, it is the 26th January; China is turning into their 4707th year :P
In order to celebrate the year of the "Earth Ox", Simen.0027 has made a movie. A kind of movie never seen in the kz world, it's really different, so don't expect a standard movie...
Indeed, there is a story, it takes places in China and there are many subtitles, chinese ones... :D
I already see your shocked face, but don't worry, I'm going to sum up the story and you won't need to know chinese language to understand what's hapenning :D
This is the chinese new year, and 2 "kz students" receive an important and hard mission from a Simen Master: they must race to the top of the waterfall to bring the chinese mascot of the year 4707 (You know, the thing chinese people stick on their door every new year so as to get luck during the year. Their wishes or goals of the year are written on them).
I hope you all are going to enjoy this movie because it really deserve it. But you'll see by yourself, it's kind of... particular :)

i`ve seen this movie about 2-3 weeks ago i think.. Simen.Alex showed it to me! at first i couldnt understand anything but i could see it was some kind of race and it was fun + exciting! the edit was very nice and so were the jumps + the outro was insane :D
now that u`ve told me what it was all about... the movie makes sense and it`s even better to watch now... gj Simen.0027 ! great movie!

What an amazing movie from the hidden community :D
I'm a big fan of Asian movies especially Chinese because of the atmosphere in these movies. This movie didn't disappointed me on that factor too! It became a bit boring towards the end but I guess that's because I can't understand those texts. Didn't like the separately colorcorrected models though. Increased lightness without light wrapping ain't really a good idea. On the other hand the rotoscoping and animation in the outro were really good :) As level2 said: Enjoyed to watch!
