I dont think my sync is bad, but my problem might be the maxspeed, what can I do to make it better? for about 6 months-1 year ago I could do 250+ but now.. just sadface all day long.

- I dont now any good techniques about gaining good prestrafe/maxspeed.

i cba to dl a demo but im guessing you have low maxspeed, try wider strafes.
