Separate DCJ and Normal CJ

Hi as i think many want to Separate the DCJ´s and CJ´s and if u want it to hapend then u write ur comment or something here just so the admins can see that we want a separation

I don't think they should be seperate because these techniques are almost same, and the only difference is that dcj is two ducks before jump, which gives a higher probability of good prestrafe. Although, it is not so easy, so only lucky ones jump far :)
