problems with pre

Hi guys, for 4 days ago when i woke up, i couldnt get my pre higher then 270. i really dont know what the problem is, because i usually do 272-276 and maybe i have changed something in my settings. But i really dont know what to do, so if anyone of your guys have any good tips/commands, then send pls :)

Generaly, when my pre suck, this is because I start my first straff before the jump, and my pre decrease a lot.

Try to see if you made your jump before your first straff :(
