How can i make my prestrafe faster than 270 i

i try a lot but somehow i can't make it over 270 is it bcuz the timing between the small duck and the jump ?

What i experienced about CJ is that, when you turn 180degrees, you have to sync it to get fine pre. And jump at the right time.

Think of the 180degree turn as a longjump. You have to sync it to get somewhere.
