so... i jump and in air i shake the mouse? and this is the strafe?

A straff is the movement with A and D.

In air, when you press A and move your mouse on the left, you take speed. This is the same with D and move the mouse on the right.

The principe when you make a LJ is to jump, and chain a left straff and right straff successively for gain speed.

1.Search for "longjump guide" or "strafejump guide" in youtube, and watch these ones where the buttons are shown.
2.Strafing in air is quite simple: when pressing D in air, you have to shake your mouse to the right, when pressing A, you have to shake your mouse to the left. And so on and so on.
3.Start with 2 strafes (I reccomend it cuz it helped me alot). When you'll jump ~237 with 2 strafes, you can start jumping with 3,4 and maybe even 5 strafes. But when adding each strafe to your jump, watch your sync. If it is <70, then you should do less strafes, if it is ~70, then just practise more with same number of strafes, and if it is >70, then you can add 1 more strafe to your LJ. And try to practise on the block with bigger distance, it really helps alot (ofc not on 256 if you jump ~230 :D ).

That's all I can say...

Its hard for all to start with LJ. Same for me. I always needed help to get started, but all told me to practise. So i gave up to ask about help, started to practise by myself. After a while my longjump got better. But i did the bad thing 100aa. something u never should do. So i had to start over again in 10aa, i figured out that my longjump got way better in 10aa then 100 cus of my strafes. And for practising you should try to get good sync always. Around 70-100 is very good, depends on strafe ofc. As someone said: start with 2, go 1 more then 1 more and u will see the different. You will see when u get the tehnique, you will see your different on your stats after a while. Do blocks, maybe prac hns or even KZ. i wish you good luck.
