I just wanted to know if there were many people who like and play this kind of video game :)
I can explain a bit what it is if there are some people who don't know (yup, it exists... ^^).
Ah and I'm not only talking about PC but also game stations.
What are your favourites RPGs and why?
What's the last one you really loved?
Which one(s) would you advise to buy?
Which one(s) are you waiting the most?

Final Fantasy, the "Tales of" series, The Last Remnant and Zelda for the A-RPGs.

i really loved diablo but the graphics make me vomit nowadays, titan quest is a really nice game too but the online mode is fucked coz you can cheat very easy
ne wayz i rly enjoyed playing titan quest and the expansion, you should check that out if you like games like diablo
Never Winter Nights is my favorite for sure.

02/04/2009 12:45There is no background with Diablo, I think it's annoying.
When I play a RPG, I want a nice background, a nice story, cool characters who have a real identity and a real personality, that's why I love Final Fantasy, Tales of, Zelda and The Last Remnant.
It's like a super movie, you're totally inside the movie, inside the story... The soundtrack is pretty often awesome too.

gay japan-style graphics don't make a game good and neither does disneyworld coloring. +it is very unwise to say that diablo's got no background or story, obviously you haven't played it / you didn't understand it.
Final fantasy, the 7 particularly.
Arcanum, Breath Of fire, "Oblivion", Titan quest.
But I prefer the Japan RPG in majority.

I played Diablo a bit and first, I didn't like it at all, the weird view, the fights...
Second, I didn't find the story interesting at all.
To be honest I really disliked it...
I played alot of old RPGs, especially on Super Nes, Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana (I, II and III), Illusion of Time and they're way better than western RPGs.
Japan will always remain the country of RPGs and video games in general. The only western RPG I liked was Fable.

What are your favourites RPGs and why?
Diablo, Diablo II - best ever hack&slash fun on the market. More fun only at battle.net. So u have to buy it anyway.
The Elder Scrolls, Morrowind (Oblivion) - amazing world and gameplay. A lot things and places to explore, its almost endless game. Unique leveling system. Morrowind was kinda more epic than newer Oblivion, but Oblivion have stunning graphics (not so stunning after Crysis, anyway it looks really great) and amazing dungeons and landscapes. I bought both games with all the addons.
Baldurs Gate, Icewind Dale - this ones are definetly best choise for D&D fans. Looking abit too geeky for me, but I've been playing those. Wouldn't recommend to buy them tho.
Arcanum - masterpiece. Fallout in a fantasy world. You have to play it, to understand it. No comments are needed.
Might & Magic - another masterpiece from 3DO company. Too bad that they are dismissed and we won't see any new M&M games. If you don't care about visual graphics in games, I strongly suggest you to try 6-9 chapters of M&M.

Currently playing Oblivion. Last one I played was Diablo 2 and Sacred.
Which one(s) would you advise to buy?
Oblivion Gold Edition.
Might&Magic 6-9.
Fallout 3.
Diablo 2 for battle.net.
Which one(s) are you waiting the most?
Not really familiar with current situation in RPG world, but since Black Isle Studios and 3DO are gone I don't know what to expect from future games. Waiting for Diablo 3.
Diablo 3 will be uber :D can't wait!
i will quit my job and sit in my cellar for at least 23 hours every day and play diablo 3
