Need guide for blinking text.

Hey guys...I search everywhere but i can't find any guide for "flashing or blinking or bouncing text" in sony vegas 8.0...Can you give me please?
EDIT: i need "flash text" like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-K_4XwltLH4 in the beggining ;D

just make duplicates of your text and the set them to sync the music :) its that easy :)

i`ll try and make some screenshots when i get home from work :P
