Dont getting Hq

Hi i have sony vegas 8 and i dont get hq i watched teihjays tutorial but i dont have the options bitrate etc its like i have the beta but i have the full plz help (sry for my english)

change the "Mode" to "Bit rate VBR" and then u can change the bitrate, if its wmv codec, i dno that guide :p

Normally you should get high quality with that settings.
Otherwise search for other tutorials :I
