New cfg. Goes wrong..

Hello guys i have a litle problem.. I start to use new cfg. i overwrite config and userconfig in cstrike . Everything looks fine but when i play , other players are running in frames in small laggs.. i dont know what to do ? Help pls.

i type'd in console
ex_interp 1 and it helped.
before it was ex_interp 0.000001 or something like that ~

max ex_interp is 0.102,how did you put it 1? =D
