How do i record in free view with CSE?

Ye but i cant still record in free view i mean , like i can move for free like when you are dead. You can steer ur self in the spec and not behind that one who are jumpin'

I have no idea what you mean but maybe you mean free look. "dem_forcehltv 1". And wtf is CSE ?

CSE is a demoplayer, but the demoplayer doesnt matter if you want to record in free look.

if you want to enter the free look mode in a demo, start it with the "mirv demo tool" and type "dem_forcehltv 1" in the console BEFORE loading the demo. then play the demo and ure in free look. now u can start recording with startmovie.

if you want to record in free look while playing, for example spectating other players: just go in spec, spectate them and type startmovie... its easy.

Ye but dem_forcehltv 1 will not work for me, the player is invisible in the demo...

you have to use mirv, otherwise the player is invisible.

Okey, i tested mirv now but it will not show the player :S

HLAE should make dem_forcehltv work, but dunno why it doesn't work for you :S

There is an option in HLAE in section "Graphic Resolution". Choose full screen (and quality hint: use 1280x720).
