ya theres no way to get the files back. teh HD was formatted so everything went bye bye :( ill make a new map i guess once i get all my wad files back n stuff. im DLing all the kz maps right now haha (one by one >< )

It is easily possible to restore files back after formatting if you didn't overwrite that disc space.

i can't remember how is that utility program called but i've used it several times and got my hard disk files restored even after formatting. try searching google for "file recovery" or sth like this.
If i'll remember that program name ill inform you

opa. he did a clean format. he did the entire drive. not restorable. only pro's format this way. command line only baby!
