problem with the FPS in a long time

My Comp is:
1gb ram,AMD 2.2ghz, GFORCE512mb videocard
Why my fps is vаriable?? 100-80-70-60-90-100
VSync is OFF, fps_max 101,
What can I do to pause 90-100?
What can I do to be always 90-100?

KZ is hard for low fps , you know

Please HELP ME thx you previously

sometimes maps are laggy or when you play in server with much people i have the same shit :D

Reinstall windows u have problem vith some virus
Try to make server and iff still have small fps reinstall

I have the same problem fps low,reinstall windows is fastest solution for fix that.
