mouse problem

hi
I installed another OS,i had win xp sp2 x32 & x64 (I had 2 wins),now i have vista 32 bit,and my mouse screwed up
I used to play with -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel+cpl mouse fix,but now I don't know why,but it has no effect..
I can't bh,lj,climb ..
some help pls?
ps. I have microsoft comfort 3000 (mouse)
