Little problem after using adobe =/

Hey guys,i have a little problem here...I record with 270 fps in cs and in v-dub...
I think i am with 60 fps on Vegas...And 1280x720 resolution,but when i open the same clip in the adobe and when i rend it on the same resolution it is slow like using developer...Then when i rend it in Vegas again and i have a little problem.. The difference here http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/8430/asda.png between the red lines and the clip are larger and i cant synchronized it =/
