Update 2025:

Counter-strike was in another life, but i did found an old harddrive with those files in it, rmf and stuff.

Maybe i'm gonna try to work on this if i still remember how all of this works, or maybe someone is interested in finishing the work! ?

You should've uploaded the files to google drive and posted the link. So that somebody can finish it for you (potentially). It sort of looks finished already. Please do finish it if you find the time, we will gladly accept such gem.
