Dude if any error will accur for a noob in php and such, make a guide on how to create databases not everyone that have knowlage of that ^^

No, plugin create all tables itself, but maybe you don't correctly configure a connection to DB? If so, there are no tables in your DB now. I think it's wrong configurations.

INSTALLING:
1.copy wljs.amxx to addons/axmodx/plugins/
2.add line wljs.amxx in addons/amxmodx/config/plugins.ini
3.add this cvars with your personal settings to amxx.cfg
ljs_db_host "127.0.0.1"
ljs_db_user "root"
ljs_db_pass "xxx"
ljs_db_name "xxx"
4.open wljs.php and edit settings

5.copy wljs to your web server
or u can open .sma file and edit connection setting there, but then u must compile it

wljs.amxx debug
then u can see all erors in /amxmodx/logs/error_xxxxx.log
type all errors of my plugin from log there.
but on my server there is no errors of my plugin..
Check your database for tables
tabels name:

kz_top_cj
kz_top_bj
Is your server running with Long Jump Stats? may be you try to install this plugin with jumpstats(exolent)
And what version of your amxx?
