prestrafe + 1st strafe

k so in first sketch i drawed a wider prestrafe , the one i use + first strafe .
Many people use a wide prestrafe , but after letting go of w they accelerate the mouse , so they can achieve the best out of that strafe , i tend to keep the speed of the prestrafe while doing the first strafe , i can't break that .
And also i thought if i can do a w pre and d @ the last secon i might get a faster strafe , but i fail again , is this only habbit ot wut :( ? can this be resolved by "practice" or is it another way for the prestrafe , so i can get a better first strafe ?
