LongJump Testing (Need Help)

I recorded a demo and did 5 jumps starting from the same wall and lifting off at the same point here are my results what am I doing wrong? Here is the demo (link)

up your prestrafe to ~273

and you gain only about 20 u/S with 5 strafes this is too bad :D try to make 3 strafe (but bigger strafes) and gain about 30 u/s :DD

strunf is tottaly right, everybody starts from nothing, there were times when i was very happy when i jumped 230 w/o strafes
