it gets stuck halfways

Hi guys. When i try to connect a Hide'N'Seek or Kz server my steam gets stuck halfways. Everything started when i formated my pc and i tried to download kz_longjumps2.bsp but the map wasn't the real one. And i have tried to delete it, but when i join Cypress-Longjumping it says "kz_longjumps2 is different from servers.." Its like 2 problems i have
1. getting stucked when im halfways loading the server. (de_ maps im not getting stuck)
2. Cant delete the kz_longjumps2.bsp ;/

is someone knows whats wrong, so please help me :) thanks alot <3

2. Downlaod Unclocker 1.7.6. then itll show which file is affected with longjump.bsp so u can unlock and delete the map
