LAN game problem

hey
I`m still having this problem with my lan,when I start it,it gots stuck at "Starting local server", then hl.exe doesn't respond anymore.. I tried to use another mp.dll, with that hl.exe just exited after 'Parsing server info' .. some1 can help?
