LAN server problem

hey
I`m still having this problem with my lan,when I start it,it gots stuck at "Starting local server", then hl.exe doesn't respond anymore.. I tried to use another mp.dll, with that hl.exe just exited after 'Parsing server info' .. some1 can help?

reinstall, dont use amxx, dont use no steam, buy steam, everything will be fine

-i reinstalled a few days ago
-i use steam for since 2006 may 17..
-i tried to disable amxx but no effect
@eDark sry,but in that topic no1 is looking almost..
