Longjump help + question :)

Hej I need some help and I got a radnom question and it's just a waste of space to make 2 threads :P

I need help with my longjump sometimes I get prestrafe 273 and I got like 65 sync with 5 strafe then I get around 245-248 but I rlly need help to get 250 got any tips??

And my question is whats the current record in LJ/CJ because I play on a serv where a guy get easily 260 LJ and 270+ CJ n a developer secured serv) anybody knows the records?

You are not allowed to use any cvar or setting that might give you an unfair advantage compared to the default counter-strike settings (just as cl_sidespeed and so on), even if it's not stated in the list above. Keep your config default!
