hi, i have been lj'ing for a long time now, but my rec is just 245 on stats and 240 block. i watched demos, red guides, one time, my lj'ing went better, but later my skill went down again.

I will not look demo, and just give some tips, the best way for getting better is practice,practice,practice, and mostly important is strafes.
