This is a test video and the quality is so ugly http://speedshare.org/download.php?id=1038B13713 (300fps capture)
Its with ffdshow.
Encoder: H.264
FourCC:H264
Bitrate: 5000
Can some one tell me when i use 960x540
the best settings?
