Alka, I'd suggest you to read the newspost:

"The possible coder of the plugin xPaw, who did at least know that kayne was using the cheatplugin and didn't report it to us admins, will get a permanent ban as well."

They don't say it IS xPaw, but the fact he KNEW about it is enough for a permban. He might not deserve a ban for that he made the plugin, but for hiding such information he does.

He shouldnt deserve a perm ban for that.
