Help please with my ping!

hiya everybody I don't knew the right section so I'm trying here ;p. I have a problem with my ping,you see I live in The Netherlands and I love playing on a romanian server wich has never been a problem before with my ping ;s but all of the sudden my ping is 150 and it won't go down! the server won't allow any ping above 100 so I can't playy on it now :( can somebody help me?
