Money as Health (+ 0Hp bug fixer)

This plugin auto-activates on maps where there is a healer.

Features :

- set 100000HPs at spawn (sometimes when you type /start, you can't reach the healer anymore)
- show real health as money amount (you also see how many HPs you gain/loose)
- 0HP bug fix (shows 255 as long as you have more than 255HPs)

If it's illegal, then it's the most supid illegal kz thing i've ever seen.

if it should be legal, talk to the new demoadmins/faker (idk who is responsible for the demo rules now, before faker gave thopa the permission to change them).
