New problem~ FPS

Elo, my pc is more than well qualified to have 100fps, even 1000fps~.
WHICH it has had. But I hade some issues which required me to format etc, now i cant get pass 60. I don't have SP1 or any SP for thatmatter, could that be it? Tried changing resolution, vsycn etc all commands etc, new drivers, nothing works.

Suggestions?
I know it is able to run it lol , since it had before :(

-freq 100 in cs start launch options - but this just forces your monitor to run @ 100 Hz... if your monitor doesnt support 100 Hz, then i wouldnt recommend this.

make sure vsync is off... what gfx card do you have?

i totally recommend refreshlock, put it on and you get the highest fps youre pc is allowed to drive ;D

to bad i didnt understand a word u guys said cuz i have problems with the fps to (since i started kz :( )
