Killing Floor Critical error , after trying t

I just bought the game on steam , and cant even get to the main menu!
Im really nervous...
I get this message all the time:

Sad part is a ton of people are getting critical errors with different messages... They tried reinstalling to but it didnt help :(
But i guezs ill try it too...

EDIT: lulz , reinstalled and it actually worked.
