Bhop Blocks Help

Yeah i know theres another topic to help but that didnt seem to work for me. I make the block, put it 8 units in the ground, tied it to a func_door and set the speed to 200. But all it does is moves side to side. Any ideas on how to make it move up and down instead?

I made pic for you http://i31.tinypic.com/2v99pug.jpg .. this, what you see is Vhe 3.5, in 3.4 there is special column for this, i think.
And if you want the block will not dive whole in the ground, set LIP on 8 or 16 or .. +8

why pitch yaw roll? only yaw is enough...
