problem with map list

hi,
i got a problem with my counterstrike atm,
i've just formated my hard disk and i saved my whole steam folder ,
i backuped it (copied/pasted i mean)
all work fine except i don't have any map when i click on "New Game"
i only have the maps i downloaded since i backuped it.
however if i create with one of the maps i got on my lan server, the command
changelevel "XXX" work with all the old maps i had but they are not in the list.

i think i must have a problem with one of my cs file but dunno which.

if someone know how to get the full list ty
