Please help !!

Hi . I`m new here , i`ve started playing on the xj servers for about 2-3 weeks (nick : KoLD ) and i have a question about strafes . I know they are important in each type of jumping and i have a problem when i try to make more than 5 . When i try to do 6 - 7 , the last strafe is always 0 .Why is that ?? I tried to do them faster, i tried to duck later and it was a disaster ... I`ve even called a friend over ( valide ) to show me how he does the strafes , but i can`t make it the same as he does .. i mean not 0 .

Here is a pic of the jumps and i also made a demo . So if you have time , please watch the demo too and help me with advices .

I`m currently focusing on finishing maps , getting in the xj tops , because i don`t like to geek . But unfortunately there are maps that i can`t even finish with checkpoints because i need bigger stats for jumps and also for shortcuts .. Which means that i need to improove a bit. So if u have some advices i will be gladly to read them ... thank you ..

Keep on going
I have the same problem with 5 ,but not 6.
I have a suggestion that you don't really need to strafe the last strafe,even if you done the last strafe,you can only get about 0.5 unit increase.Instead ,keep the direction right

I do 248.9 with 6(and 5) ,and my best map is kt_aztecclimb which is 1:40 without cg
