Okay, to make a spinning object, you first need to create an object. After that, you gotta place the origin brush somewhere (just make a object covered with a texture ORIGIN). Origin brush is something like.. invisible wall or stick, and engine uses it to define how to rotate your object. Basicly it's a center of the object, so i suggest you to place it in the middle of the object. The size of it should be smaller than the objec itself is, 16x16 units is ok. Okay, now you gotta tie them into entity - press on the object you want to rotate, hold CTRL down and press on the origin brush, tie them into entity called func_rotating. The most important thing is the speed of it, you can try 150-200 for the first, also you can choose a sound and volume of it if you decide to make a fan. Now check the Flags tab, you can see there X Axis and Y Axis. If you want your object to rotate around the Z Axis, don't check them! So it basicly means how does the object rotates. There are also other stuff such as Start ON, check it if you want your object to rotate always.

Now, if you want it to control with the button, you gotta do the same steps. Make sure you uncheck "Start ON", or the fan will stop after you press the button. Now, change the name of func_rotating (1st attribute), and name it whatever you want, for example: fan1. Make another object that you want to use as a button, tie into entity called: func_button. Change the attrivute Target, to the name of the object, as i used in my example: fan1. Now, check the delay before reset attribute. Here you can define (in seconds) how fast your button will be pushable AFTER you pressed it. Well, you probably wont need it because after you press the button for the first time, the targeted object (rotating object) wont stop working anyways, you need to use multi_manager for it. Check the Flags tab now, and check the Don't move attribute. That's it, your object should rotate.

EDIT: ffs omg, do you even know yourself what do you want to know? I wasted 10 mins to write it.......

First make a trampoline (cylinder or smth?). Now, use "aaatrigger" texture and make a brush on top of the trampoline. Tie it into entity - trigger_push. Change the angle (Yaw) to Down and define the speed of the push. You can try yourself different values, around 120 is ok for me.
