fps problem

Hello guys,,
I got ati radeon 4350 512 mb graphic card and i got freaking drops at big maps or at awp_rooftops(at rr, wr, ljr, or high in the air) and i hate it i tryed everything to handle it but nothing helped. DId already vsync and 101fps but nothing works. Got the newest drivers to.
Pls guys help me.

fps in CS depends mostly on CPU speed.. the GPU is not a big deal. and maybe your HDD is full..

i think default gpu fan speed of some radeon hd card is just 20%. download "ati tool" and force fan speed to 100%. maybe your card gets to warm and this could be the reason of your fps drops.
