Second is that you should stop using desinterlacement method.

Third is that you should right click on your gradient, then proprieties and get the hell out the "keep proportion" or smth like that.

Didn't like it sorry :\ And if the jumps were legit gj.

Hmm jumps are prolly good, what do i know. But imo you really should find another moviemaker than yourself. Im not saying your movies are bad, just that it gets so much more enjoyable with great edit...
