Good day!

For a long time I want to know how the super MovieMaker video quality.

If you downloaded FOF-ovo new video, then you can see that it is pretty smooth, as if it was not en So I ask, how can I put in a clean video quality?

Thank you!

The smootherness comes from the 200 fps or more he used to do this movie.

first max your cs ingame settings (high qualiyt config + high 3d card settings)

then use a good codec, for example xvid or x264.

oh and: Kids, Stop Rendering x264 or Xvid Out Of Vegas With Plugins! Thats No Good, Kids!

Right !

You'd rather render the .mp3 thingy out of vegas then an uncompressed .avi (for the video) without audio in it, then recompile it under vdub or smth :]

why does nobody render on H.264?

x264 has more features i think since its a modified version of h264. dunno if its really better than the original, tho

you cant deny that x264 is better than H264. but there are some disadvantages and characteristics for this codec.

for example its not possible to put x264 in an avi container. sure the mp4 or mkv container features a lot of settings and possibilities, but which are that mainly?

you can add:
-subtitles
-menues
-several audio tracks and change them directly in a player

but who the hell needs this features for a cs/kz/surf/hns movie? do you want to add subtitles in a kz movie? or 2 different audio tracks, one with and one without weapon sounds? these features were made for dvd menus and blue ray movies, but they are not really necesarry in cs movies in my opinion.

so are there any real advantages? the quality/compression is better, yes. but a lot of old and average pc's cant handle the high cpu performance and the videos get laggy. sure its a matter of taste but if you want to reach thousands of people you should use an easy common codec. And H264 has still a strong compression with less cpu performance so old pcs can play the file correctly.
