An error of compiling

Hi! I have a problem.. When I compile the map I have an error:

next time plz use a nopaste link for the log.
try to avoid blank spaces in your workspace for compiling like:
"Documents and Settings"

also another suggestion would be to use external compiler like batch compile, HLCC, X² or even a batchfile.
Compiling in hammer is much more of a resources eater.
