Do kzers usually play in 60hz or 75hz -freq 75 or -freq 60(or default which is no -freq)

Flibo set your resolution to 1280x1024 or smaller, you can use 75hz then .
i use 85
in cs i use 120hz on 1024x768, and on desktop, 1280x1024 and 90hz

the smoothness between 60hz 75hz and 100hz is a huge difference try it -freq 60 -freq 75 and -freq 100(only works if you have crt)

:D maybe you'll remember this statement when you're older.. how the fuck can you say refresh rate is not important? ffs seriously, how can you guys play with less than 100 hz? it kills my eyes when I see a 60 hz monitor. besides, the game then looks like you had 60 fps (yes, even if it shows 100). Use refreshlock or reforce or whatever..
when I did my first 254 I was playing at 200 hz , now with the new pc and stuff I'm using 60 hz , to be honest there's a big difference in stuff you see , but in game while playing there's almost no difference between 60 hz and 200 (maybe there is but only in sharp big movements with high speed -.- which is pretty much pointless in kz)
