Made three short demos of the first bhop-part, the hole-jump and a little trickjump :P

Dont know if its just me that suck on bhops, but i like my version of that bhop-part better than doing them all (both) w/o stopping.

The hole can be made in 4 different ways. Maybe more, but i think 4 is enough. They are all in the hole-demo. Just ask if someone needs a closer explanation. With good timing you only need a duckjump (5).

The easiest way imo is when u stand diagonally and close to the edge, and take a little step out (dont duck yet). In air - make a right strafe followed by a leftie and duck right before u land.

2nd easiest is to make a duckjump and touch S (back) to stop your speed a little bit. Press S like 30 units before the hole starts.

Btw: Insen made a funny little secret too. So start your search :D

I think ive deleted those demos. Ill can check in 5h when im home. If i deleted them ill record them again.

SirBenniMiles: I find that jump really hard since im not a leftstrafer, and for leftstrafers its hard too. Anyone can do it with cp's, but to make it in a record run, among with all nervousity is quite hard. Even though i made many mistakes on the 16.49 run I was fucking shaky at the end. Ive never shook that much before when kz'ing :D
